The Francis Tuttle Government Contracting Assistance Program provides consulting services, training, electronic access to procurement opportunities, and the technical information you need to compete for government contracts. You can be confident that you have met all the qualification requirements and have all of the knowledge necessary to prepare and submit competitive quotes and/or proposals. Our services include:
