Tuition Refund: Regular Programs

It is policy that refunds of tuition will be made only for entire enrollment blocks, in which the student does not attend. Refunds will not be prorated for less than an entire enrollment block.

Exception: If a student withdraws during the first two weeks of the first enrollment block (because the program is not what was expected) a full refund for any blocks for which they have paid will be given.

If tuition has been paid by check, the refund will be held until ten (10) business days have elapsed since the payment was receipted. This is to ensure that the check will clear the bank.



Tuition Refund Short-Term Adult Programs

It is policy that, upon request, tuition for short-term programs is refundable. No refunds will be issued unless requested prior to the second class meeting except for students attending less than four hours of a Saturday class.

Refunds are given for courses canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
