Requirements

When Grants May Have to be Repaid

As a general rule, grants do not need to be repaid. However, you may have to repay a certain amount if you withdraw, drop out or are dismissed prior to completing more than 60% of a payment period. More information...

There are several requirements you must meet to be considered for financial aid:

Maintain a "C" grade and 91% attendance.View full requirements
High school diploma, GED or demonstrate the "ability to benefit" according to Department of Education Guidelines
Maintain 12 clock hours per week to be eligible for Stafford Loan
Citizen or eligible non-citizen
Enrolled in a regular Career Training Program and pursuing a certificate
If you have previous loans or grants, you must not be in default on loans or owe a repayment on grants
